With he HOI IV version of Kaiserreich and the German Empire using the Reichskriegflagge, I think this would be a great alternative flag in the event that Austria Conquers Germany and reforms the German Empire with itself as the ruler.
It keeps the Reichskriegflagge design from Kaiserreich, but instead of the Prussian Eagle it uses the Austrian Imperial one, and uses the Black - Red - Gold tricolor to represent Austria.
This design keeps the Kaiserreich tradition of using the Reichskriegflagge for Germany, but modifies it for Austrian use.
Origionally made for one of my friends on the Civ Fanatics Forums for the forum game, Imperium Offtopicum XIV, He has recently united Germany under Austria. - Originally inspired by the German Flag from Kaiserreich.
